A few more photos from our 2008 trip.

St. Thomas Church in Brampton, Derbyshire where Joshua Stafford and Eliza Dennis were married and where Ann Stafford was christened. I got tingles walking around in this churchyard. |

Dad and I in the Beckett Street Cemetery in Leeds. Eliza Stafford and her baby are buried here in the same unmarked grave. They are in a "guinea grave;" it cost a guinea to bury them in the same grave as several other people who died that week. |

Stafford Avenue in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Joshua Stafford and his ancestors were from Melton Mowbray. Maybe they lived here? |

Kippax Place in Leeds. We couldn't find Kippax Mount, the address of Joshua's family from the census. A vacant field stood where our GPS said it should be. All the homes in the neighborhood looked like this, so they probably lived in something similar. |
